4.     Open to all residents of USA, UK, Australia, Ireland, Canada, New Zealand and other countries except where a sweepstake or skill-based contest is prohibited, restricted or taxed by law. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. By entering this competition, you accept and confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country. The Sponsor and Promoter will not be held responsible for any entrant entering this competition unlawfully. By entering this competition the entrant will have deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them. Competitions are governed by English Law and any matters relating to the competition will be resolved under English Law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If in any doubt, you should immediately leave the website and check with the relevant authorities in your country.

5.     Employees of the Sponsor, Promoter and immediate family members and persons living in the same household are not eligible.

6.     The winner will be determined by random drawing on the Draw Day for sweepstake competitions, and completion of targets and/or achievements laid out in the specific rules of skill-based competitions by the Draw Day. Any random drawing will be conducted by the judges in London, England, UK, whose decisions are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

7.     The winner(s) will be notified by return of email to the address on the entry form. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted via this route or does not respond within 14 days of attempted notification, the prize(s) may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner(s). Winner(s) will be required to provide a shipping address to receive prize(s). Allow 4 weeks for delivery of prize. No substitution of prize for cash is permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

8.     The Draw Day will be listed in each competition’s specific terms & conditions.

9.     The Sponsor and Promoter are not in any way responsible or liable for damages, loss or injury resulting from entrants’ participation in any competition. By entering a competition,  entrants agree that the Sponsor and Promoter may post their entry on the Sponsor’s and Promoter’s website in any and all publicity and advertising without any further attribution, notification or compensation except where otherwise prohibited by law.

10. In the event of any entries that have been altered in a non-authentic manner (‘photoshopped’) to claim a prize, the Promoter will declare them void and reserve the right to publicise the attempts and to award a nominal ‘booby prize’ to the entrant(s). The booby prize may not be physically transported to the entrants address.

11. The winner’s name (surname, initial of first name) will be available by sending an email requesting the name with the name of the competition in the subject line to winner@livesocial.ly 24 hours after the Draw Day.

12.The Promoter will only use an entrant’s data to send information of other competitions that may be of interest to that entrant. To opt out of receiving any details of competitions that may win prizes for the entrant, send an email to optout@livesocial.ly. Data provided by the entrants will not be shared with third parties on an individual by individual basis. Aggregate, non personal data will be used for the purpose of undertaking market research or in facilitating reviews, developments and improvements to relevant services.

13. The Sponsor and Promoter reserve the right to withdraw the competition at any time.
